1. About These Terms

These Store Terms apply to digital benefits made available for use on the Netherite Realms Minecraft server. By using a purchased benefit on Netherite Realms, you agree to follow these Store Terms and the applicable server rules.

These Store Terms govern use of benefits on Netherite Realms. They do not replace the terms that govern the purchase transaction itself.

2. Store Provider

Purchases made through the Netherite Realms Store are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions it processes. Throughout these Store Terms, Tebex Limited is referred to as the “Store Provider.”

Your purchase transaction is subject to the Store Provider's applicable terms, policies, checkout conditions, and consumer protections. If these Store Terms conflict with the Store Provider's terms concerning a purchase, payment, refund, or transaction, the Store Provider's applicable terms control that transaction.

3. Digital Benefits

Store products may provide digital benefits such as ranks, virtual currency, land-claim allowances, crate keys, or other in-game items and features described on the applicable product page.

All such benefits exist solely for use on Netherite Realms. They have no real-world monetary or cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real-world currency, and do not represent ownership, an investment, or any financial interest in Netherite Realms.

Store benefits may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or otherwise used for real-world compensation unless expressly permitted in writing by Netherite Realms and allowed by all applicable platform and Store Provider rules.

4. Optional Purchases and Gameplay

Store purchases are optional and help support server hosting, maintenance, continued development, and new content for the Netherite Realms community.

Nearly all items, perks, and benefits offered through the store can also be acquired through normal gameplay at no cost. Purchasing through the store provides an optional faster path to certain benefits while supporting the server.

5. Product Descriptions and Duration

The product description shown at the time of purchase identifies the primary benefits, quantity, duration, limitations, or other material conditions associated with that product.

Unless a product is specifically described as permanent, lifetime, recurring, or time-limited, you should not assume a duration beyond what is stated in its description or checkout information.

6. Minecraft Account and Delivery

Store benefits are associated with the Minecraft account or username supplied during the purchase process. You are responsible for providing the correct account information.

If an order is confirmed but the associated in-game benefit does not appear or function correctly, contact support so the issue can be investigated. For payment, billing, transaction, or Store Provider delivery disputes, follow the Store Provider's support process and applicable terms.

7. Server Rules and Account Enforcement

Purchasing a rank, item, currency, key, claim allowance, or other benefit does not exempt a player from the Netherite Realms rules and does not guarantee continued access to the server.

Accounts may still be warned, restricted, suspended, or banned when server rules are violated. Any refund rights following an enforcement action are determined by the Store Provider's applicable terms and applicable law.

8. Game Balance and Changes

Netherite Realms is an actively developed server. Gameplay systems, balancing, items, commands, ranks, perks, currencies, claim systems, crate contents, and other features may change over time.

We may reasonably modify digital benefits when necessary for game balance, security, technical compatibility, abuse prevention, server development, or compliance with platform, Store Provider, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will attempt to preserve the intended function or comparable in-game value of an affected benefit.

9. Payments, Refunds, and Billing

Payments, taxes, billing, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled according to the Store Provider's applicable terms and support procedures. Netherite Realms does not create a separate refund right that overrides those terms or rights provided by applicable law.

If your issue concerns the in-game operation of a benefit rather than the payment transaction itself, you may also contact Netherite Realms support.

10. Server Availability

We work to keep Netherite Realms available and continually developed, but continuous or permanent access to the server or any particular feature cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, game updates, security concerns, third-party service outages, or other circumstances may affect availability.

11. Fraud, Exploitation, and Resale

Store benefits are intended for legitimate personal use on Netherite Realms. Fraudulently obtaining products, exploiting delivery systems, duplicating benefits, abusing errors, attempting unauthorized resale or cash-out, or otherwise misusing store systems may result in removal of affected benefits and enforcement under the server rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Store Terms when our server, store, products, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Purchase transactions remain subject to the Store Provider terms applicable to the transaction as determined by the Store Provider and applicable law.
